Shipping Policy

At Salt & Stone, we want you to receive your products as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy provides all the details regarding our shipping methods, processing times, and delivery policies.

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or sales events. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery address of your order. We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for certain locations)

Shipping rates are automatically applied at checkout. Free standard shipping may be offered during special promotions.

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all locations within the United States. We do not yet offer international shipping but are working to expand our service areas in the future.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

5. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, holidays, or customs processing for international shipments). If your shipment is delayed, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.

6. Shipping Restrictions
Due to safety and regulatory reasons, we are unable to ship certain products to certain locations. If there are any restrictions on your order, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative solutions.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Salt & Stone is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If you need further assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us.

8. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately to request a correction.
